How can you compress an image to a useful file size?
The image compressor works locally with JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF files. Choose a compression strength, then compare the preview and output size. Image dimensions are retained; if encoding does not reduce the file size, the original is returned.
Stronger settings may change fine detail in JPG and WebP images. PNG uses lossless encoding. Review text, faces, gradients, and transparent edges before downloading. Your original image is never overwritten.
